Our planet and society have reached a critical time for action. The IMPACT! Youth Sustainability Leadership Program brings together people passionate about improving our communities and creating a more sustainable world.

Over 1,200 leaders across Canada have stepped up their leadership game with IMPACT! -- they found their idea, got started, or took their initiative to the next level. Today, they form a supportive network of leaders and changemakers across Canada, making a lasting impact in the business and nonprofit worlds.

The journey to lasting IMPACT!

In 2008, representatives from The Co-operators, The Natural Step Canada and several partners, came together to discuss how to better engage, excite and empower young sustainability leaders. The IMPACT! Youth Sustainability Leadership Program was born.
